At Kijimea Onlineshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Kijimea account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
